All cities in Southwest Riverside and Northern San Diego County. We will consider any signing at any location for an additional fee.
What is a Notary Public?
A Notary Public is a professional, who functions as a public servant appointed by state government to witness the signing of important financial, legal or medical documents, and to administer oaths. The Notary is responsible for verifying the identity of the signing parties, and helps ensure that documents are properly executed. Any content in the documents are not the notary’s responsibility. It is illegal for a Notary to provide legal advice in any way. A notary public does not have the authority to carry out his duties in any state but that in which they were appointed. This position is appointed by the office of the Secretary of the State and is a trustworthy and dignified member of society.
Fees
All fees are negotiable. Standard Loan Docs for single loan one signer $125.00. Single Loan two signers $150.00. Double Loan (1st & 2nd) one signer $175.00, two signers $200.00. Mileage is included in these estimates. Fee will be determined at the time the appointment is set. All other documents $10.00 per signature plus travel fee to be determined at the time the appointment is set.
